The room was spacious. I stayed in a king room sofa bed. it was impeccably clean. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. the location is excellent for exploring. It is near many tourist spots.
Security seemed a little lax. I misplaced an item, and there wasn't much follow-up. the air con in my room seemed inefficient both nights.

Superb Stay Experience
helpful staff hotel design
I enjoyed a wonderful short stay. The front desk staff was both knowledgeable and courteous. Angela and Sebastian were especially helpful. I liked the hotel design, particularly the three levels of bathroom lighting and built-in nightlight.
The room service menu did lack variety. I think more options could have greatly enhanced the dining experience.

The hotel offers a gym equipped with three treadmills. There are two stationary bikes for cardio. The pool area features twenty loungers and includes a shaded section.

The hotel is near the Tate Modern. Borough Market is not far. Southwark and another train station are easily accessible. The riverside offers markets and restaurants for exploration.

Breakfast service was good and offered many options. The hostess was excellent. Servers are polite. I found the service to be attentive and efficient during peak hours.

the staff was friendly and helpful, providing ideas for a proposal. angela, kasha, philip e, and mariana helped with decorations and pictures. the team's support made the engagement perfect. i appreciated the walkable location near many attractions and the quiet area.
the air conditioning in the room seemed inefficient. both nights felt stuffy. the reception area could have been clearer.

the restaurant offers a delicious menu that catered to various personal preferences at dinner and breakfast. the bar had excellent baristas. the breakfast buffet offered options to start the day.

the receptionists are helpful and friendly, especially kasha. i was greeted in a warm, professional, and genuinely cute manner. the staff were really good too ensure i felt comfortable and taken care of.

clean room helpful staff easy check-in
the room was clean. i found waitrose and gail's near the hotel (convenient for quick needs). the hotel offered an early check-in, i found this very helpful.
i noticed the water station on my floor was not working and i was not advised.
