the reception team gave a very warm welcome. the hotel was clean and i found great art in the communal areas. the furniture was equally excellent (i especially liked the lobby pieces).
the air conditioning in the room seemed very inefficient, so both nights felt stuffy.

Superb Stay Experience

I enjoyed a wonderful short stay. The front desk staff was both knowledgeable and courteous. Angela and Sebastian were especially helpful. I liked the hotel design, particularly the three levels of bathroom lighting and built-in nightlight.
The room service menu did lack variety. I think more options could have greatly enhanced the dining experience.

the room was clean. i found waitrose and gail's near the hotel (convenient for quick needs). the hotel offered an early check-in, i found this very helpful.
i noticed the water station on my floor was not working and i was not advised.
